Nomination Guidelines
- Student Affairs staff may nominate one or more employees who are eligible for nomination.
- Nominees must have spent at least one academic year within the Student Affairs sector.
- Consultants, AVPs and directors and may not be nominated for any of the categories.
- Nomination application shall be during the spring semester.
- Previous winners are not allowed to reapply for the same award.
- All nominations are to be submitted electronically using the online submission application.
Nomination Types
- Self-nomination: where employees nominate themselves to one of the recognition categories by filling in the online nomination application.
- Nominating another employee: where a staff member, a section head, or a director nominates another employee by filling in the online nomination application.

To apply for the nomination of the Employee Recognition Awards, please fill in the online nomination application by the deadline on Thursday 14/4/2016.
