As per Qatar University’ decision to implement a hybrid model where most of the students will follow distance learning except some courses such as graduate studies courses, practical laboratories, graduation projects and some researches in addition to clinical and technical internship, some students will be back to campus during Fall 2020 semester.  Students are requested to adhere to the following instructions:

  1. Make sure to apply to have university ID as you need to show it to access your classroom, the halls during midterm and final exams, or in case you are asked to do so by Security Officers or Health and Safety Officers. We encourage all students to fill out the online Campus Card request by logging in to using your username and password and following the online instructions, and upload your photo based on the photograph requirements. You will be notified via email about the procedures and the date for receiving your ID.
  2. Students who are expected to attend classes on campus are encouraged to arrive early enough before their classes and exams to avoid any delays as a result of special measures and precautions inside buildings and in front of classrooms or exams halls. All students are required to be aware and take into consideration the precautions and special measures related to COVID-19 once you receive the announcement detailing them.
  3. Students who are enrolled in courses that require on-campus attendance, and in case there is an online lecture immediately before or after their on-campus lecture, should be aware of the specified locations assigned by QU in the same buildings of their lectures in case they need to use it.
